Amy Scott
Amy Scott is a director/producer/editor based in Los Angeles. She was nominated for a Critic's Choice Award for Best First Time Director for directing Hal, a feature-length documentary about the life and films of Hal Ashby. Hal premiered in competition at Sundance 2018 and was distributed by Oscilloscope Laboratories. It was nominated for a Producer's Guild Award for Best Documentary, a Critic's Choice Award for Best Documentary, Rolling Stone's Top 10 Documentaries of 2018, and won Best Documentary at DeadCenter 2018. Amy frequently directs and produces for MasterClass and other unscripted entities.
