Undergraduate Summer Program
The Weissman School of Arts and Sciences is known for its academic excellence. Members of our renown faculty have recently been awarded Guggenheim Fellowships and Ford Foundation grants. In the Weissman summer program, students from abroad will have the opportunity to study New York both in and outside the classroom. In The Arts in New York City, students will be introduced to the rich diversity of theatre, music, and art & architecture. In The Peopling of New York City, students will consider the impact of immigration and the growth of neighborhoods in Chinatown, Little Italy, and the Lower East Side. Survey of American Business and Politics, Navigating New York, and American Pop Culture will give students unique access to the people, places, and culture of the city. Our courses are a wonderful blend of hard work and fun. Join us for a unique summer experience.
