Laptops, projectors, and other media are available to instructors who are teaching in the Newman Vertical Campus (media equipment is pre-installed) or at 17 Lexington Avenue (instructor must complete a media request form).
 
An instructor who will need a laptop and overhead projector, a television/VCR, DVD, or any other media during the course of the term, should notify CAPS Academic Operations by completing the media request form.

Please fill out this form for media service requests.

Requests must be submitted no later than one week prior to the class and are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Equipment is limited; please submit your requests as early as possible.

Problems with equipment in classrooms in the Vertical Campus should be reported to the BCTC Help Desk at 646-312-1010. Problems with equipment in classrooms at 17 Lexington Avenue should be reported to the CAPS Lab Manager at 646-660-6177.

In order to access the network, you must request a media login and password 48 hours in advance of the class in which you will use the equipment. Please email the CAPS Lab Manager, Istvan Becze at Istvan.Becze@baruch.cuny.edu to request the login and password.
