Language and Culture
The Language and Culture program provides 3 hours per week of interactive instruction during a given term in a variety of languages, including Cantonese, French, Italian, Japanese, Mandarin, Portuguese, Russian, and Spanish. You will develop and expand your communication skills by learning to listen, speak, read and write in the target language. Through role plays, language exercises, literature, newspaper articles, films and cultural field trips, you will gain confidence and accuracy in communicating in the language you choose. Courses range from beginning (level 1) to the most advanced (level 6). Not sure what level you should register for?
