Baruch College Continuing and Professional Studies (CAPS) offers over 1,000 non-credit classes and 40+ certificate programs every term aimed at helping adults explore, initiate and advance careers. CAPS programs in sales, business communication and marketing teach skills and techniques that are especially valuable in hunting for a job or moving up in the corporate or organizational ranks.In addition, CAPS periodically offers free or low-cost workshops which focus on networking, resume-writing, interviewing and other skills demanded in the job market.
