This course explores the methodologies of Construction Management for Sustainable Projects. The course will enable students to meet the challenges of green building construction and the benefits of constructing environmentally friendly, sustainable buildings.
Topics include project management, filed management, project delivery, documentation and risk.
Case studies are implemented throughout the course and students will present sustainable procurement proposals individually and in teams.
