Real Estate Law (click to collapse/expand)
Students will learn to identify key practices and skills in both residential and commercial real estate law. Topics will include an overview of real estate property legal concepts, real estate contracts, leases, real estate closings, plus a legal framework for landlord-tenant relations, co-ops and condos. Prerequisite: None. This is an Elective Course for a Certificate in Facilities Management.
