With the boom of India’s economy, U.S. investment and partnerships have expanded, requiring managers to adapt their communication and leadership styles. This course provides an overview of Indian business culture as well as successful techniques for leading, negotiating and communicating in Indian business situations. The approach is personalized; each student takes a cross-cultural survey, which will be used to build a customized India management repertoire over the semester.
