78-Hour Salespersons' License Pre-qualifying Course. School exam is given during the final three hours. Students must also pass the New York State Department of State licensing exam and obtain Real Estate Broker sponsorship for licensure.

48-hour Brokers' license course. The school exam is given during the final three hours. Students must also pass the New York State Department of State "DOS" license exam and meet the experience requirements when filing their license application with the DOS.
