PROSPECTIVE OVERSEAS STUDENTS
may apply for an I- 20 from Baruch College -Continuing and Professional Studies
by mailing in the following documents. Deadline for submission is ONE MONTH PRIOR
to start date of each term. (See English Language/ESL brochure for exact start
dates)
Completed I-20 Application Form Passport size photograph of student
attached to I-20 form Copy of Passport A Notarized Letter
of Support from family member or sponsor OR
Affidavit of support I -134 (if the student is being financially supported by
a citizen or a permanent resident of the U.S.A.) Full
Time ESL Applicants Original Bank Statement of family member or
sponsor in English no more than three (3) months old with no less than $19,270.00
U.S Dollars. Tuition Deposit of $600.00 required with your application
(NO CASH) Contemporary
American Business Practices Applicants Original Bank Statement in
English no more than three (3) months old with no less than $15,600.00 U.S Dollars.
Tuition Deposit of $125.00 (NO CASH)
Recommended Application Deadlines:
CABP Applications are reviewed year-round and students are admitted on a rolling basis. Although we strongly recommend that all applicants adhere to our deadlines, late applications will be reviewed on a space-available basis. Those applying for full-time international students status should allow for enough time to complete their application requirements in order to obtain their F-1 visa and student I-20 to study at Baruch College.

TOEFL Score Requirement: Applicants must take the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) before the appropriate application deadline and obtain a score of:
550 or better on the Paper-Based Test, or
79-80 or better on the Internet-Based Test
